The professional certification for HR governance of AI.
Not a technical credential. A governance one.
Not a technical credential. A governance one.
RAIHR Certified Practitioner assesses whether you can govern AI in HR contexts — identify risks, take appropriate action, evaluate vendors, maintain human oversight, and represent HR's accountability for AI-assisted employment decisions.
It does not test coding knowledge, algorithmic expertise, or legal qualification. This certification tests the judgment that HR professionals specifically need: the ability to recognize what responsible practice requires, and to act on it.
The exam
Dimension coverage
Be clear about what you are certifying.
What RAIHR certification demonstrates
- Completing standardized assessment across all seven RAIHR Framework dimensions
- Identifying AI-related risks in HR contexts and taking proportionate action
- Participating in vendor evaluation, tool monitoring, and internal governance conversations
- Understanding HR's accountability responsibilities in AI-assisted employment decisions
What it does not demonstrate
- Technical expertise in AI, machine learning, or algorithm design
- Legal qualification to advise on employment law or data protection
- Ability to conduct algorithmic audits or statistical bias testing
- Data security architecture expertise
This distinction matters. When you introduce yourself as RAIHR certified, you are communicating governance judgment — not technical expertise. We are explicit about this boundary because it is what makes the credential credible.
